Equipment: IIfx/YARC MacRageous/ Infini-D 2.5.2
Needs: a fast computer (Quadra/PowerPC), Infini-D
Gundam is here !!!
Imagine if you will ...
Included is a 3D model of a mechanized warrior I recently modeled as part of my on going
portfolio development. After enjoying some of the futuristic extraordinary mecha-warrior that
have become a tradition in Japanese Animation, I decided to see how well one could reproduce
this marvels of "mondo" destruction, IN 3D.
This particular model features full human body mechanics, so animating it should not be difficult
(on a fast, very fast computer). This particular mechanized warrior also features directional
thruster and small rotational wings for close ground flying. The model comes in desert
camouflage colors, which can easily be changed (as most of the object inherit the parent texture).
Needless to say, this is a fairly complex model, so you'll need a fast computer (Quadra/YARC or
PowerPC class, and lots of memory). The robot was modelled completely in Infini-D 2.5.2 (no
DXF substitution), so every object can be edited.
As always, this model is Raffaele Scaduto-Mendola-ware, so give credit due. The model is
posted for non-monetary use, but if you would like to use it for financial gains contact me.
This model is dedicated to everyone out there who makes Japanese Animation happen.
I'd also like to thanks, Chris Bernardi (aka Absynth, Micron5) who's without help I could not have started this model.
Enjoy ...
